I designed and developed an e-learning module for Make the Moment, specifically tailored to address the orientation needs of new hires. This module serves as a comprehensive training resource, focusing on essential skills such as proper table setting and basic serving techniques. By introducing this digital learning tool, we’ve streamlined the onboarding process, effectively replacing the traditional shadowing method that was previously used during events. The e-learning approach not only offers a more efficient and consistent training experience but also ensures that new hires can access valuable content anytime, anywhere, at their own pace.
